Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please do not attend your class if you have been sick 72 hours prior.
You may cancel your class 48 hours prior to your appointment for a full refund.
If you have not canceled two days prior, we are happy to reschedule your private class for a $25 fee. Just contact us at least one hour prior to your appointment.
No-shows without prior notification are non-refundable.
Individuals in group reservations may not reschedule.
"Full Class" rate reservations are non-refundable. However, your classroom time or date may be rescheduled for your group if requested 72 hours prior to your class.

When you pay for your class with CPR in Flagstaff, you are confirming a time and date for your spot to be reserved* and held for you.
At CPR in Flagstaff, we understand that life happens. We strive to maintain a small class environment (ideally six students per class) to ensure quality instruction, which means every seat is valuable. Our policy is designed to be fair to our students while allowing us to manage our courses effectively.
*If we must cancel a class due to illness, or circumstances beyond our control such as Act of God; a full refund will be given to the students scheduled for that class, or a rescheduling if you prefer.
