Service Description
You must* first purchase the American Heart Association instructional video here: HeartCode® BLS Online - Product Number : 25-3553 from shopcpr.heart.org Then purchase our course here to join our CPR class for your summary review and skills check. ATTENTION: You MUST bring your certificate of completion for the online blended portion to our class for validation. You will not receive your certification unless you do so. Learn the skills you need to respond confidently to cardiac emergencies at your own pace. This class provides practical training and is suitable for individuals looking to gain valuable knowledge for performing CPR. Most training is by video at home. However, schedule two hours in person for review and your skill check. All students will be given the opportunity to ask questions, practice their skills and learn together. *If you prefer, see our all in-person class from CPRinFlagstaff.com (CPR: Basic Life Support (BLS Standard)). NOTE: Trainings will be held at your facility. Before booking, you must have made arrangements to secure consent for area use. Additionally, you must ensure adequate space for seating for the number of trainees desired. Cancellation Policy
When you schedule your class with CPR in Flagstaff, you are confirming a time and date for your seat to be reserved* and held for you. At CPR in Flagstaff, we understand that life happens. We strive to maintain a small class environment (ideally twelve students per class) to ensure quality instruction, which means every student seat is valuable. Our policy is designed to be fair to our students while allowing us to manage our courses effectively. *If we are forced to cancel a class due to illness or circumstances beyond our control such as Act of God; a refund will be given to the students scheduled for that class, or a rescheduling if you prefer. When to Cancel or Reschedule If you need to make changes to your registration, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests made within this window are generally granted without issue, subject to availability in future courses. Fees and No-Show Rules • Rescheduling: First-time rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice are free of charge. Subsequent moves incur a $20 administrative fee. • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus the 5% processing fee. • No-Shows: If you miss your class without 48 hour notice, your registration fee is non-refundable, and you will need to re-register at full price for a future date.
