Cancellation Policy

When you schedule your class with CPR in Flagstaff, you are confirming a time and date for your seat to be reserved* and held for you. At CPR in Flagstaff, we understand that life happens. We strive to maintain a small class environment to ensure quality instruction, which means every student seat is valuable. Our policy is designed to be fair to our students while allowing us to manage our courses effectively. ​ *If we are forced to cancel a class due to illness or circumstances beyond our control such as Act of God; a refund will be given to the students scheduled for that class, or a rescheduling if you prefer.  When to Cancel or Reschedule If you need to make changes to your registration, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests made within this window are generally granted without issue, subject to availability in future courses. Please do not attend your class if you have been sick 72 hours prior. Fees and No-Show Rules • Cancellations: You may cancel your class 48 hours prior to your appointment for a full refund. • Rescheduling: If you have not canceled two days prior, we are happy to reschedule you for a $20 fee. Just contact us prior to your appointment.   • No-Shows: No-shows without prior notification are non-refundable.
